October 20, 2025The office staff is great and responsive. The maintenance guy is amazing and caring. I was disappointed with the quality of my apartment. There is no luxury living here. Parking and trash is very inconvenient as well as the access to the mail and the gate on my side can’t be opened by visitors and delivery such as DoorDash. September 23, 2025On a Sunday morning while leaving early at 7:00 AM I noticed a water leak in my garage ceiling. I called the emergency line and Raul, one of Junior's top people, responded and showed up within 60 minutes. Stopped the leak within 30 minutes. The next Wednesday Junior's team came right on time, fixed all the drywall in a clean and orderly fashion. This has been my Windsor maintenance experience the last 3 years.Property Manager Responded

Not the fault so much of the management or staff themselves. The residents are just rude and gross around here. September 8, 2025This has been a great apartment community to live in. As a homeowner for the past 45 years, I was a little wary of relocating and living in an apartment. Fortunately it has worked out quite well.
