Community is nice and location is fantastic. Other than the horrendous customer service and front desk support, it is great. Unfortunately I cant look past the complete lack of a customer service team, and find myself being constantly ignored and unresponded to if ever trying to contact via phone or email. Residents should not have to track down the front office for questions regarding getting a garage or anything else for that matter. Very disappointed in the level of resident facing service ...

The office staff is great and responsive. The maintenance guy is amazing and caring. I was disappointed with the quality of my apartment. There is no luxury living here. Parking and trash is very inconvenient as well as the access to the mail and the gate on my side can’t be opened by visitors and delivery such as DoorDash. I do love how quiet and clean the community is.

On a Sunday morning while leaving early at 7:00 AM I noticed a water leak in my garage ceiling. I called the emergency line and Raul, one of Junior's top people, responded and showed up within 60 minutes. Stopped the leak within 30 minutes. The next Wednesday Junior's team came right on time, fixed all the drywall in a clean and orderly fashion. This has been my Windsor maintenance experience the last 3 years.

The maintenance department is great. They are friendly and efficient. The smoking and trash and speeding by the residents is horrible. Not the fault so much of the management or staff themselves. The residents are just rude and gross around here. There are some kind people, just a lot of not kind or considerate people.

This has been a great apartment community to live in. As a homeowner for the past 45 years, I was a little wary of relocating and living in an apartment. Fortunately it has worked out quite well. Everyone is very friendly (Lauren worked hard to help me locate a great apartment), there are good amenities (especially when the new clubhouse is completed), maintenance is very responsive (although I haven’t needed much), and I really like and appreciate the monthly events that the management puts on. ...

Hardly an emergency by any standard, but my carbon monoxide detector needed a new battery to end the shrill cheeping . Having just moved in, I had neither a ladder nor a battery. Junior was there within 45 minutes or less to help me. I was most grateful and impressed by the professionalism of the process .
