Windsor City line was the most welcoming apartment complex I toured. Everyone is so friendly and I love how they welcome dogs. I’ve really enjoyed making a new furry friend in the hallways every day!!!

Windsor CityLine is an excellent place to live! The staff is friendly and courteous! So many wonderful walking opportunities for instance, Whole Foods, Starbucks is within a 10 minute walking distance. Five minutes from Windsor CityLine apartments is a beautiful plaza with free music on the weekends, several restaurants, coffee shop, smoothie shop, and other conveniences.

Apartment complex worth seeing!

We just moved in less than a week ago. Me and my son really like the complex, but what really stands out so far is the staff. Arianna has been absolutely amazing! She has provided excellent customer service helping us adjust to our new place. Ernesto, the maintenance tech, has also been great. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, easy going, and takes care of the maintenance requests in an expedient manner.
