Excellent communication and service by the staff. They are all great with addressing my concerns, following up with emails and requests, and solving any issues in a timely manner. Apartment overall was in pretty good condition moving in. I have not experienced all the community amenities so far, but gym is nice, with 24/7 access. Great location, great neighborhood, friendly neighbors!

Management and staff are friendly and professional. Location is excellent. The apartment itself is mediocre. Appliances, cabinetry and countertops in bathrooms and bedrooms are not at all updated. I have had numerous maintainence calls due to the fact that the appliances are old and worn out

Windsor Kingstowne is a great and safe community to live. The staff are very helpful and responsive to our requests (but sometimes no one answers the phone, but they will call back after a few hours or a day). The new management made a lot of upgrades on the grounds and the buildings. Overall, our living experience here is exeptional! We strongly recommend this community.

I am new to the community and couldn't be happier with my decision. The fireplace was an important decision in choosing this community, along with their recent renovated apartments. There wasn't anything wrong with the fireplace, I just needed it activated to use it. It's super simple to use the on/off switch. I'm super happy in my new home!
