For some time, there have been three items in our apartment requiring maintenance. Shortly after, we were notified of a two-day system suspension. To ensure our request would be prioritized once the system resumed, we submitted it on the evening of November 17th, right before the portal shutdown. We moved in 5 month ago from a large home and could not be happier. We LOVE our new home. The apartment is beautiful, there is an abundance of storage, and everyone here has been so friendly and welcoming. We enjoy having two dog parks right near by for our dogs to enjoy. Windsor Mystic River is an excellent place to live . Great location , amenities , staff and maintenance . Any issues that do come up are handled in a professional and quick manner . Building is well run and maintained . We are very happy here and everything you need is close by , Wegmans , Marshalls , Petco , Dicks sporting directly across the street as are bus stops and wellington station is around the corner. We have a club room , gym ,movie theater , conference rooms and a pool . Very Happy ...

Like I said being a tenant here Ive seen Windsor get better and better each year just have to keep an eye on dog owners who need to be a lil cleaner with their dogs otherwise it's a beautiful place to reside.
