August 21, 2024Worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. Move in was a disaster (missing shelves, codes not working which my daughters still does not as of today, mold in washer that just got replaced over a month later, pieces to floor not glued down that are laying around my apartment) not to mention getting locked out of our building for over 40 minutes with myself and other residents with NO ONE to let us in as no one answered the phone nor emergency maintenance number. They sent ONE email at 10:45a and ...then nothing, no contingency plan as to how to let in locked out residents but they’re “sorry I feel that way” - not sorry this happened to you and your pet, instead a very emotionally immature response that showed that they could care less and this isn’t “their fault”.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

This level of connection has only been reinforced with each interaction with staff members and members of the Windsor Oak Hill community. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming! The biggest perk we discovered shortly after moving in is the nightly dog park meet-ups. This is great social time for our dog and for us. Windsor Oak Hill is clean, well-maintained, and ...conveniently located with floor plans and amenities to suit just about every lifestyle.
