    Windsor oak hill is wonderfully located community. It’s quiet and has great views of the hill country. The team responds on time. Though not all issues can be resolved such as missing packages. I enjoy living here!

    We have had a few issues come up with the apartment, but the maintenance crew and I believe the manager of the maintenance team has always gone above and beyond for us! He is always professional, kind, and skillful. When he comes out he doesn’t cut corners he makes sure the problem is resolved and done correctly.

    I have lived at Windsor Oak Hill for four years. Both management and maintenance respond to me in a timely and professional manner. If I need any work done in my unit, I can pretty much be assured that the work will be completed to my satisfaction within 24-48 hours. Such a relief!!

    I appreciate that when I put in a maintenance request it is done the next day. The workers are wonderful, friendly. Chris and John who fixed out refrigerator were very knowledgeable and efficient. I also like the of the whole complex.

    Worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. Move in was a disaster (missing shelves, codes not working which my daughters still does not as of today, mold in washer that just got replaced over a month later, pieces to floor not glued down that are laying around my apartment) not to mention getting locked out of our building for over 40 minutes with myself and other residents with NO ONE to let us in as no one answered the phone nor emergency maintenance number. They sent ONE email at 10:45a and ...
    then nothing, no contingency plan as to how to let in locked out residents but they’re “sorry I feel that way” - not sorry this happened to you and your pet, instead a very emotionally immature response that showed that they could care less and this isn’t “their fault”.
