It's very so-so. I love the location, I love what I've made of my home, and I love the rooftop views. But there's a lot of faults in Grey Star as a property management company - from the constant turnover (which causes delays, inconsistencies, lack of attention, etc) to a lack of prioritization or implementation in things that matter (feedback - actionable, tangible follow up on requests/needs/feedback/communication from residents). Parking is way overpriced and there's been a lot of issues with ...
the garage in my few months living here. It's fine, you can tell they're trying, but ultimately they don't implement things that actually matter to residents.

This apartment community has been a great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet and has easy access to food/entertainment/grocery stores. The apartments feel pretty sound proof, the grounds are always clean, and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. I’ve been very happy living here!

The rooftop is one of the best thing at Elan Uptown Flats. I have never enjoyed such amenities. The view is so perfect that you can literally spend your entire day on rooftop. Moreover, the apartments are so spacious and clean, it is a great place to live. Overall the community has great amenities and apartment.

Overall, we've found the leasing staff at Elan apartments to be really helpful. They made our move-in experience seamless. Kirsten has been really helpful throughout the leasing process. We also like the apartment layout and feel that space is properly utilized. One area of improvement would be the take-out trash service (service where butler helps clear out your trash) due to which residents tend to leave their trash cans outside from previous night resulting in an unpleasant odor occupying the ...
corridors. We would appreciate if this is looked into and a better alternative is found. We're personally fine in clearing out our own trash.
