But there's a lot of faults in Grey Star as a property management company - from the constant turnover (which causes delays, inconsistencies, lack of attention, etc) to a lack of prioritization or implementation in things that matter (feedback - actionable, tangible follow up on requests/needs/feedback/communication from residents). Parking is way overpriced and there's been a lot of issues with ...the garage in my few months living here. The view is so perfect that you can literally spend your entire day on rooftop. Moreover, the apartments are so spacious and clean, it is a great place to live. Kirsten has been really helpful throughout the leasing process. We also like the apartment layout and feel that space is properly utilized. One area of improvement would be the take-out trash service (service where butler helps clear out your trash) due to which residents tend to leave their trash cans outside from previous night resulting in an unpleasant odor occupying the ...corridors.
