July 4, 2024This is a safe community and very clean. The maintenance staff is excellent and fix problems almost immediately. The office staff is friendly also. The grounds are well maintained. The only problem is the rent is increased every year when the lease is up and there is no rhyme or reason in how it's increased. One year it might not be much and then the next year it almost doubles. Doesn't make sense. May 24, 2024I love the community but my air conditioning has been an issue since I moved in. It does not circulate evenly, especially upstairs. My electric bills are incredibly high when using the AC, sometimes over 500.00 a month. I feel like the HVAC system is not efficient and spreads a lot of dust.
