    Cannot recommend this property in good faith. My mental health has deteriorated living here, due to noise, dependence on driving, and distance from the city.

    A decent space at the price point provided but a difficult leasing process specifically due to lack of response by the in house team. Additionally, if you are new to the area or country, the company conditions applied are very tedious and expensive. Lastly the cleanliness is just not up to par, it's a surface level clean everywhere, the wifi speed is slow and unsecured in main areas. Good amenities, if the access is available i.e no coffee, pool fixtures not completed for months.

    Windsor South Congress is a great community to live in. Management is an absolute pleasure to deal with, maintenance is always extremely helpful and efficient, and the amenities are top notch! It’s so great being close enough to the city to get there with ease, but distant enough to not have to deal with all of the chaos. Plus, with South Park Meadows right down the street, there is SO MUCH TO DO!!! I am so glad to have decided to choose to live here. Thanks Windsor!

    The team at Windsor South Congress has been absolutely wonderful. They are very friendly whenever help is needed and they have worked to ensure that any facilities in disrepair are fixed as soon as possible. The apartments themselves have actually been quite spacious while still being very competitively priced for the market, and the additional amenities offered are icing on the cake
