Everything breaks all the time

Unsafe, Unmaintained, and Overpriced – Do Not Move Here

Despite our efforts to maintain a controlled access parking environment, parking permit monitoring, and now added patrol services, these incidents remind us that no community can entirely control the behavior of individuals with untoward intentions.
