Elevators are broken almost constantly. The one closest to me has been down for over 3 months now, with no timeline given of when it will be back. I asked the leasing office and was given a vague/generic response along the lines of "we'll inform you via email when it's back and running".

Everything breaks all the time

Management won't fix anything. Elevators are always broken, and so is the garage door. This leading to breakins and management doesn't do anything about it.

People are nice but the staff needs to care about actually solving problems instead of putting a band aid over it. the workers lack communication and organization that makes problem solving inefficient and delayed. the same issues that have been happening for over a year continue to persist bc staff doesnt care enough to actually fix them

The Windsor South Lamar is the perfect place to call home in Austin, TX! Moving from New Hampshire, I was amazed by how welcoming the community and staff were. They made the move-in process feel like a breeze. The modern amenities, spacious layout, pool and fitness center and unbeatable location make it such a great spot to call home. Be just walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, and the trails at Lady Bird Lake it's truly the best of both worlds.

Location is good. But as for the rest…honestly disappointed. Building is poorly unkept and maintained. And always smells like pets. Really hope they turn it around because it feels quite bad at times for what we pay.

Unsafe, Unmaintained, and Overpriced – Do Not Move Here

Unsafe, extremely poorly maintained, and overpriced. Homeless individuals vandalizing, broken garage for 1+ years, constant fire alarms, rampant package theft, and rent disparities of $400+. Avoid Windsor, South Lamar, at all costs.
