This complex is okay, has fair share of problems like roaches in the units, especially when you first move in, frequent water outages

The landscape is great and very impressed with the apartment format and windows!
However we pay for valet trash that’s supposed be picked up Sunday through Thursday and they don’t. I’ve put out trash on Sunday evening and it wasn’t picked up until Thursday on several occasions. I’ve sent multiple emails with no substantial explanation. This week we had two storm nights Tuesday and Wednesday, but that doesn’t account for why the trash wasn’t collected Sunday or Monday…the sitting trash creates ...
another problem bugs! It’s apparent that this place isn’t sprayed often because I see lots of spiders and ants everywhere. Last but not least is the endless months long saga with the non-working tub. It still leaks and I was told that it would be replaced but unfortunately there’s no definitive confirmation on that. I do appreciate the male manager correspondence and updates.

The staff overall has maintained a sense of professionalism for the most part despite my frustration to an unresolved issue with a non working bathtub that’s been leaking since I moved in April. However they could improve communication especially when it comes to providing a timeline of what’s being done to address the ongoing issue. I really do not enjoy going to the office to make my concerns known after exhausting other options.

Our maintenance man, DJ is amazing. Our A/C went out at night but my husband wasn’t able to fix it and by the next morning DJ had it up and running! He is very attentive and super helpful.
