Mine is a small, one-bedroom apartment that is clean, functional, and has an unbeatable rent. The kitchen and the bathroom are new and in excellent working order. The super is especially attentive and always ready to help. I asked him to make a number of adjustment to my apartment when I moved in, and he did them with a level of courtesy, disposition, and enthusiasm seldom found in society today. within walking distance to the State University and a few minutes by car from the shopping district. The common areas are kept impeccable whereas the landscaping is done with good taste and on a regular schedule. The whole apartment complex always looks neat. There is a laundry room right outside my apartment, and my neighbors are all quiet and polite. I can't really hear any noise from outside or from my neighbors, most of whom are working adults or retired folks. Overall, it is a pleasure living in this apartment complex, and I would strongly encourage any professional needing housing in the area to look into Wood Ridge Apartments in Oneonta, NY.
