whatever the social security increase is so residents receiving social security seldom actually are helped with increase. I have had major gutter issues but they never even looked into it. Surely during a time when they did have maintenance they could have at least found the blockage and fixed it. I feel sorry for each manager that attempts to manage this facility as they walk into an already upset list of renters who only want their appliances and gutters to do what they should. One resident was advised by a maintenance man who came to “fix” her stove to just bang on it and it will work. It appears most Fairway Properties are having similar difficulties. A person just has to find the one they are willing to accept the limitations and hope their family doesn’t mind changing the light bulbs and helping out with sweeping the porch after the rain washes all the mulch on it. It is such a nice property otherwise and location. Why they allow it to become so unkept and ignore residents needs is beyond my comprehension. It appears they want high dollar rent without the expense of taking care of the residents.
