As a single mother its hard to have options but, Woodcreek did not shut me down. I loveeeee the two bedroom floor plan and the property was very clean. Returning to the office they provided me with all the information I needed. I was a little sad that it was out of my price range. When I told Yanira she said nooo problem we can split your rent. I was surprised that they offered to let me pay my rent in two partial payments (on the 1st and the 15th) I had never heard of that before. I'm happy ...

While shopping around in the area my wife and I stopped for a visit at Woodcreek. The staff was very nice helpful did not need no appointment for tour. The property is very well taken care of the pool looks refreshing and blue. It was a plus for us that they are Cy-fair school district area, washer and dryer connections and the hardwood floors. My wife loved the fact that they have a FREE after school kids club where our children can enjoy arts and crafts while she does errands. Can't wait for ...

Disrespectful staff they'll even get in your face, very poor maintenance and quick to fine you for absolutely anything. I had a rug drying for not even 2 hours and they took pictures and wrote me a fine. This place is a nightmare. Not to mention I pay for parking and they can't even repaint the "reserved" you can't even make out the numbers by the wear and tear caused by the rain . It's been like that for almost 6 months! I have it all documented .

They have deleted my comments numerous times. Now they want to kick me out and not give me a month to month options. They are horrible apartments and take everything personal so they kick you out ... it’s never any hot water people in the front are always very rude and can never talk to you with any respect. They show favoritism to there kind apartment are cheap but you get what you pay for don’t move here you will hate it

Woodcreek is great! Kids Club is awesome and free. I don't have to pay for day care. Office staff is very friendly and always helpful. The grounds always clean and maintanance staff is very good. Yes we didn't have water for a week but it was fixed the right way so we don't have that problem anymore. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The hot water is always going out and they always have the same excuse which is they're waiting on a part and give us a false date and ask us to be patient but I'm sure that they wouldn't be patient if they didn't get the water bill paid, they are always lurking around trying to find something off on your patio, windows, etc so they could take a picture of it and threaten to charge a $50 fee, it can't be a boot on the patio, but some guest here get special treatment, they points out that you ...

could only have, 1 small plant (come and look around,a lot of tenants have a garden on their patio) 1 bbq pit (I've literally seen someone with 2 and it's still there) and patio furniture ( you will see childrens toy, bikes, balls as you pass by everyday) I feel like they choose who they want to bother with, so if you come here, DON'T MIND YIUR OWN BUSINESS AND BE A GOOD AND QUIET TENANT, because then you will get picked on without a cause and this is the honest, truth.... Another thing, I had a Superbowl party and that very next morning they knocked on the door telling me to take down the decorations on the door, but no one got that during the holidays or birthday parties, they stays up long after, Not A Very Good Place To Live, You Can Do Better, can't wait to leave here in a few months.

Whoever said best complex ever is obviously the leasing staff. No one in their right mind could say that about this place. This is the worst community ever. There is never hot water the boiler is always broken and the water bill is over priced higher than a house. They don't fix anything properly. Their maintenance satisfaction guarantee is a lie. lease violation every second instead of investing their attention into making the community better. Also the gates are always open they never work. If you care about safety and a place that doesn't just take your rent and wont fix anything do not move here.

I’ve lived here a few years and loving it. The staff in the leasing office are helpful and super nice Units are very spacious and affordable. They have a wonderful kids club they offer free of charge for tenants. Definitely recommend this place.

I appreciated the help and the friendly responsive off Viktorya, Fatima and Katherine I always feel welcome with any question or help I need they are all so welcoming. The area is very convenient no need to drive long distance to find your favorite retail stores. WoodCreek offers a free kids club and they also give you the flex pay option where you can pay half your rent on the first and the second half on the fifteenth.
