Unbelievable
November 11, 2019Have lived here for almost two years, I was sub satisfied with complex itself, and have started to look for another place to live. But what has taken the cake is that my vehicle was towed as it was parked in front of my building as it always is....towing company has DESTROYED a 2018 vehicle by picking up and dragging from the front end and dragging all the way into the city!! $4000 so for in damages!!! But they cant repair the pool or the entry boxes or keep kids from smoking weed in laundry ...room.. Such priorities!!! Be better off in the first with the RATS!@Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 10, 2017Woodholme Manor Apartments used to be a very exquisite and professionally run community ,however it is now the pits.I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex if you payed me.The Office staff only cares about themselves and getting your rental payment. The landlord is insensitive,arrogant,rude and unprofessional.Mrs.Evans says anything out of her mouth and is very offensive. The property looks great on the outside,but the halls are always dirty. Unless you are one of their favorite tenants,they ...may take a whole week to address your maintenance requests. If there is an issue in your apartment,they will always blame you.Bedbugs are brought in by you,mice are your problem,noise whether it comes from your neighbors or not is your fault. Insects or anything that requires an inspection or extermination is the tenants fault.Woodholme Manor excepts no responsibility for their negligence or ineptitude.It once took four trips to properly fix my garbage disposal,only to be told that it is not a real garbage disposal.What!!!!!!!!. A few years ago,the maintenance guy came over three times over a six month period to repair an already broken freezer.He would make me late for work defrosting and giving me the okey doke,while standing there for hours.This wasted my and his time.A week later, I was given a brand new refrigerator which was six months overdue.I have missing tile in my bathroom,slats at the patio door ,a whole in my bathroom wall,which maintenance did not cover up.Man,the list goes on and on and on. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.Also ,whats the point in having secured doors when neighbors just prop the doors open like they are having their daily cup of coffee at Starbucks.PLEASE DONT MOVE INTO THIS HELLHOLE.I am only here because i cant get out of the lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
