been living here for 4 months , AC hasn’t worked since living here. property manager never answers phone or never in office. appliance caught fire , management say it won’t be replaced instead they will fix. apartment been infested since living here, been making complaints about an exterminator for months, when they finally came was there for less than 5 mins. always paid bills on time until this past month because the stove caught fire the day we was suppose to pay, still made us pay a late fee ...
without accommodating any issues ! horrible living conditions & management don’t care !

No pool for 2 yrs and then it opens with tight restrictions including what you can wear to swim in. Online payment system is faulty but office is frequently closed which causing issues for working people. Expect to pay extra for that.

this is a very nice community, but management do not handle issues as they should. if you file a complaint with them they sweep nit under the rug. maintenance is very nosey and tells every one business. we have not had access to the swimming pool for almost a year.
