convenient place
September 28, 2015Convenient area, management has been poor, new owners are worthless, place is going down slowly, maintenance doesn't come help anymore. .1 car each person, parking is always been an issue,not enough spaces, especially for visitors, seperate parking lot,no paking at night 2 am to 7 am per city. No elevators, laundry bottom floor, 2.00 each, 2w 2d, not ideal, convenient or cheap. Closets are huge, space is normal size, not spacious. accepts cats, smoking, for now anyway.Review from Apartments.com

July 29, 2015I have lived at Woodlawn Terrace for over 6 years. The complex is well taken care of. They have garages available and each building has storage units. Laundry facilities in each building. The grounds are well taken care of and there is an outdoor pool. The neighbors are friendly and everyone watches out for each other.Review from Apartments.com

July 21, 2015This is a great place to live. It has an outdoor pool, kids play area and grill space. Close to 35 W and just minutes from Minneapolis and St Paul downtown areas. Lots of shopping in the area. Many churches within walking distance.Review from Apartments.com
