Not for Everyone
January 7, 2025The area is great, the units are habitable, and the amenities are perfect. Plus, the noise between units is a minimum (provided your neighbors make a normal amount of noise.) The biggest problem the complex has is the lack of communication between residents and the leasing office. Rent is only accepted through their payment app, and should something go wrong, (insufficient funds, holiday lapse, etc.) you will not know until you are swamped in late fees. Don’t trust what they say
February 26, 2021My fiancé and I were moving across the country and found these apartments we talked with the leasing office and had a apartment picked out. We put in our application and they said everything was good to go. Move in either the 26 or the first. Then it got pushed back to the first or third. Frustrating but okay. The apartment manager sends us all the information for move in We get the information on cost and get a cashiers check. We call on the 26th to find out the current occupants moved their ...move out to the end of March. Needless to say here we are across the country with no place to live because woods crossing didn’t keep up there end of the agreement. Also they never answer the phone at the leasing office. I honestly wonder if they are actually working.Property Manager Responded

Happy so far
July 17, 2019I am a new tenant here at Woods Crossing and so far I am SUPER happy. I had a lot of maintenance issues right out of the gate and even though the maintenance staff had been short staffed, they were still extremely timely on getting my needs met and I loved that. Chessa (property manager) has went out of her way to be accommodating to ALL my needs. Jason (maintenance) has been professional and timely as well. He had a great attitude and went the extra mile to do his maintenance items correctly ...and efficiently. I requested him to come and finish up the remainder of my maintenance needs. The grounds are kept clean and it’s a quiet community which is very nice too. I can’t speak for other buildings but the neighbors I have met are friendly as well. The only 1 thing I don’t like is that you have to pay extra for a covered parking stall (I just wished that 1 covered parking spot was included without an extra cost). Deceitful!
November 23, 2018Do not rent here! There will be over 1000 dollars in move in fees they will NOT disclose until a week after you put a deposit down for an apartment. The list of fees will continue to grow hundreds through multiple calls starting with “oh we forgot to tell you...” . Their inability to communicate and, dishonesty will scam you out of your hard earned money.Property Manager Responded

Stay Away!!
July 20, 2018I am fairly certain that the positive reviews on here are the employees of the complex. I have lived here for under a year and no matter what I do, I can't get the smell of cat pee out. Also, I'm fairly certain that there is a resident prostitute here with all kinds of shady characters walking about and being noisy at all hours of the night.Property Manager Responded

Its getting better!
September 8, 2015I moved in knowing that this complex was a "fixer upper". Through the year of living here almost everything has been updated. Landscaping, paint, lobby, car lots. This is a pretty sweet place and the cheapest you're going to find in the Salt Lake area.Property Manager Responded

Woods crossing apartments
July 27, 2015These apartments are definetly improving but there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. Our carpet is very gross and there has always been a nasty smell. The walls and doors aren't in very good shape. There also is very little cupboard space. But they are live able and we have enjoyed living here.Property Manager Responded
