The neighborhood is quite during the day but shootings on the weekends make it hard to want to stay here. My neighbor's are nice and considerate!

I was treated very poorly by the manager. I called for a viewing on Monday and she told me she was busy with inspections and move ins. She was very rude but I figured it was because she was stressed (WRONG). We agreed on Wednesday 7/15 at 1330. Wednesday comes around and I get there early at 1300. Some guy comes out and starts interrogating us and asking why we were there and proceeds to tell us to leave. My sister and I figured no problem they may be out for lunch. We come back at 1330 and the ...

lady was so rude and told me she had no available units and basically tried to kick me out right away. She was very rude and snarky. I had a whole 3 minute tour and was kicked out and was not allowed to ask questions. The least she could have done was called me between Monday and Wednesday to let me know so i didn't have to waste my time. The apartments are so small I felt claustrophobic. A few blocks down the road the neighborhoods were bad and cars were broken into. Would not RECCOMEND this place at all. Save your money for someone who cares about you as a customer.

I really enjoyed living at Woodside townhomes. Bobbie the manager is great. She always took care of any issues I had promptly. Would probably still be living there if new owners hadn’t upped the rent so much, or would have let me have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Really like the floor plan of the complex. Great having washer & dryer upstairs where the bedrooms are. Very handy having maintenance on sight, as well. Thanks Bobbie & Curtis for all you do!!!!!

If you are looking for a quiet place to live, where the property is kept in clean and neat condition, where management cares about your safety and what is going on with their property (which IS their responsibility), then you have come to the right place! If you have any issues that requires maintenance, let management know right away, not days later, and it will be handled in a quick manner. are there for a reason! And I for one am glad they’re enforced! For those that have written a bad review on this complex, apparently you did not adhere to these Rules & Regulations. Not only are the Rules & Regulations handed to you at the time of signing your Lease, but management also reads them to you. Maybe you thought they were just talking to hear themselves talk. Maybe that is the case in some other places, not here! Home should be a place of refuge, not a place where people are unruly and inconsiderate to others. I have lived here over 11 years, that should speak for itself alone! Great place to live!

This place is a joke of a community. Landlord acts like it's a retirement home and is extremely nosey and bossy. Wouldnt recommend to anyone!! The company needs to hire a new manager before the place loses all its residents. Nice homes but terrible manager! Do not live here or waste your time on them!

The neighborhood is the worst! I lived here a year and since I've been here we heard gun shots in the field across the way, next to the elementary school. My next door neighbors house had an attempted burglary, while they were home!! Management is good. They make their presence very well known, and they walk the parking lot to make sure no one was there that is not supposed to be.
