They are making you bid on a parking spot even though you live here and if someone out bids you, then you lose that spot. Why should we have to pay to park when we pay to live here? At that, bid on a parking spot. Every other day it's something new added to the list of fees.

My roommates and I lived here for a year. When we moved in, half of our apartment was not ready. There were paint cans in the corner and paint spilled everywhere. The refrigerator and the stove were missing after we were told we would be getting appliances. We were told that since we were getting a newly renovated unit that our appliances would be new. They were not. There was a major roach infestation, the water was constantly turned off due to repairs. It was off at least 3 times a month if not ...
more. There were two huge police raids while living here. Our building was under constant renovation from 6 in the morning until at the latest midnight. We got in trouble for noise complaints when it was construction noises. We were lied to about room sizes. Our bathtub had been painted so even cleaning it with bleach had stained. The thermostat was on a boiler system so there were times when it was hot outside that we did not get air conditioning and half of the winter our heater wasn’t turned on yet so we were freezing. The AC also would no go below 70° over the summer so it was constantly hot. Overall our experience at Woodward Place was a complete nightmare and we are very happy to be gone.

Southern Oaks apartments has failed to hold there end of the contract of fixing anything that needs to be fixed and everyone went without air conditioning for over 2 weeks and some are still going with out Air conditioning and they refuse to give another window unit when it is needed and the management is very rude....
