It's a nice place to live, I just wish they would do more about neighbors being loud and respectful of their neighbors below or next to them. Also they need to do better about people smoking in their apartment and in seeping into the apartment below or next to them. Also some pet owners need to learn how to clean up after their dogs.

For the most part it's a very good place to live. I've been here 11 years, how time flies. My apartment could use a little sprucing up now after so long. I wish I could get into a newly refurbished unit.

I love how quiet the neighborhood is, and how cool most neighbors can be. I’ve lived here for a while now, and I can say hands down it’s one of the better places to live at in rock hill.

There are pros and cons about living here just like any place. Some of the perks are the saltwater pool and dog park. Just like other places you have good neighbors and bad neighbors.

The apartments are old, so I expect to have some issues and anytime I have a problem, they come and help. The people who work here are kind and respectful. The only problem I really wish they would fix is my cast iron tub rusting. They apparently don’t handle fixing that, which doesn’t make sense to me.

So far so good, the laundry room could be better. 3 of both washer and dryer and when I washed my clothes the washer didn’t spin. They were drenched and I had to put them in another washer for spin cycle. Upside is, it’s free but not enough for the complex.

Absolutely love our experience here. We love how quiet and peaceful it is as well as diverse. We had an emergency leak from our boiler on Sunday and maintenance was here within 20 minutes that we called. Excellent service

I absolutely love it here! Staff is great! Maintenance is great and the complex is beautiful in a quiet country setting! Located in beautiful downtown Rock Hill and is close to all the restaurants, library and all the cool stores! I don't see myself living anywhere else!

I still hate it here. You get charged for an exterminator but I have not seen one since I’ve been here. You get charged twice for water and then sewer. The updated remodeled apartments aren’t updated they are horrible the price I pay is ridiculous I can’t wait for my lease to expire.
