If you're looking to move in, I would suggest looking elsewhere. It looks great on the outside, and that's what the management is making sure of to attract new tenants. But, once you're in, soon you'll realize what the management does and how unfairly they treat the tenants. So many hidden issues that they ignore when it comes to safety. Fire alarms wake up the entire building at 3-4 am for no reason - no fires. Little children, elderly, pets, everyone, need to leave their apartments and be ...

outside for 20-30 minutes at least - winter, summer doesn't matter. The building and the garage can be entered by anyone who doesn't live here, because the management doesn't want to fix the ramp and the main door locks. Weed smells everywhere (nothing against those who smoke, but don't want my young children smelling this inside the building and even getting into my apartment). The parking issues are a whole another story. Towing company has the permission to tow anyone at any time. It happened (I heard complaints from other folks) that people got towed from their own parking spots, because the management assigned two cars to the same parking. Then they had to pay, but never got reimbursed – go figure that one. Not enough visitors’ spaces, not enough storage. The management is changing rules on the fly, never to the advantage of tenants, then they just send blast emails notifying you of those changes. If you complain, it goes nowhere - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT TENANTS!!! All they want is your money. Not even one of the changes they introduced was to make life better, easier, safer, and more comfortable for the tenants. There have also been shootings there recently, and police were investigating, so you're better off looking elsewhere. Some of the issues are out of management control, but I am very disappointed with the way they manage everything that is within their control. GREEDY!

Been here for 3 years. Love my apartment. The community is pretty good. Some off the residences could be more respectful and clean after there pets but that has nothing to do with management. I have been to the office a handful of times and Edwin quickly resolved any of my issues I had or concerns. He was professional and friendly. He took the time to understand my problem and resolved it in a timely manner. I highly recommend living here specially as the staff (specifically Edwin) are extremely ...
