Poor Management & Insect Infection - Do NOT Recommend
December 31, 2020I do not recommend staying here due to multiple reasons. One of which is their poor management, when I called for an emergency once, it took about an hour for someone to come. Additionally, they put in "work orders" and always say they will "come the next day", but they never come the next day. Most of the time I have to call the front desk and reask for my work order. Furthermore, they have a roach infestation problem, they were there when I moved in, and there when I moved out. However, if you ...are looking for a cheap place to live for the time being this is your place. Especially in Chamblee.
