Gate constantly broke, repairs take forever
May 5, 2023The front gate has been broken over 90% of the time for the past two years. So forget "gated community". Difficulty hiring/keeping maintenance assistant - they should have two and one person is trying to handle all the repairs and is overworked. Many fixes have not been done or take months to do. Management has not followed up on things in past, hopefully new manager that started 5/1/23 will be better.Review from Apartments.com
I love it here
August 27, 2021I have called Villas of Remond home for over 3 years. The staff is amazing and very responsive. Marty is a great maintenance man. The property and pool is always clean and pretty to look at. I encourage other seniors who are looking for a home to come check these apartments out.
