This property is horrible it's ran Horrible no maintenance don't get me started I have rats and mice in my apartment the sewers always backed up running down the street I don't even bring my granddaughter over here so disgusting the mailbox is always broken into the laundromat or another washing machine never worked or the dryers there's drug dealers and scumbags hanging around here everywhere I'm moving out this week this has to be the most disgusting Apartments I have ever lived in

I lived here since October/2019 and it smells like mold, its all over the bathroom ceilings. My ac was broken for the month of April. The gfi plug for the fridge keep jumping making me lose food. And they don't ever return your call when you have issuses. The main thing is the mold, my son has been coughing and cant get rid of the cough went to see the dr and now have to contact the health department because of the mold

I moved here in October/2019 and been having problems with them not wanting to fix anything in the apartment, mold in the bathrooms and not to mention I was without ac for the while month of April. The manager in the office id rude and dont care to take care of the people that live here. Im already in contact with a lawyer to make sure something is done about this. Once my lease is up, im out and will never rent from them again.

I am a Captain in the Army Corp of engineers, a veteran, a father, and disabled. I am in the process of filling legally to shut this place down. They don’t fix problems. They bull out tenants by manipulation and their gamble that tenants don’t know the law. Be wanrned!

Marty accepted our application processed payment . Then a week later denied my terrior mix ( we were honest from the beginning). So basically she took our money and then says payment will be refunded within 30 days. I LOST A JOB OVER HER UNPROFESSIONAL and poor management ability. Now i cant even start another application with somewhere else because she is holding the money for 30 days. Unbelievable!!!! Dont even waste your time on this place!!

I must say let me know the waters has been different from other places I have lived at least here when you have a maintenance issue the manager I believe her name is Mary get everything taken care of quickly and conveniently and then its like you no crime issues here the neighbors are nice the properties kept up I don't have loud cars booming it's a really nice place to live. I also love how clean they keep the pool

I moved here in June so my daughter could go to Flour Bluff schools. I was really surprised and happy with the changes, I like the pool furniture, the work-out room, the new flooring and the updated look of my apartment. I haven't had the experiences the previous person wrote about ....I don't have any roaches, the manager Mary has been in my apartment to help the maintenance man Joe, they both are really nice. the fact that management had a get together for us last month and I was able to meet some of my neighbors. I only wish my water bill was a flat rate but I understand that it has to go by usage. Anyway, I like my apartment, the manager Mary and maintenance Joe.

These apartments are good only if your hardly home , pretty much somewhere to go to sleep. Management (Mary) is ok , friendly lady but lazy to do stuff. Since I moved in I had to fill out a paper what needed to be done and what was there already like damage and what not . It's been more than half a year now and nothing done in apt still. There are no mice not many cockroaches at all, more spiders than anything . The neighbors are ok everyone keeps to themselves . Also gym isn't 24/7 like it says ...

it's the time she gets there and leaves . They don't get anything done at those apts at all but they look nice on outside and ok on inside. Also check your bill every month she likes to add random amounts on there !! So if your thinking of moving here good for you .
