If it's not too far from your Baltimore apartment (just south of the airport), make your way to some wild party fun at Cancun Cantina. As you may know, Cancun is known for its party atmosphere, and just because you're in Baltimore doesn't mean you can have some excellent times here. A full bar, and a good variety of beer and wine are served, along with a hefty happy hour buffet. You can also order from their menu items like appetizers, soups and salads, entrees like steak, crab cakes and chicken, as well as sandwiches, burgers, pizza and wraps. Plenty of specialty drinks are stirred by the friendly bartenders too. One note to be aware of is that the cantina is a non-smoking venue. Live music is offered often on the weekends, with country western, rock and roll and salsa. An official biker location, Harley events and shows occur here on a regular basis, so call or check their website to find out more. Awesome prizes are given away at times, including a Harley, John Deere turf mower, a Blackberry phone, pizza, wine and a Royal Caribbean cruise. An annual spring event kicks off the giveaways. Feel like dancing but have no partner? Or maybe you and your friend from your new Baltimore apartment want to get closer? Cancun Cantina offers dance lessons - salsa, country western and line dancing, taught by true professionals. Be aware, there is a dress code at the Cantina. No hoodies, jog suits or too long shirts. No sloppy, baggy or dirty apparel is tolerated, and neither are men's tank tops, untied shoe laces and no camo. "Attitude Counts," they say. For a cheap Friday night party, register online with Cancun Cantina for a super happy hour with some of your fellow Baltimore apartment-ites. Each person gets two drinks at one cent each, and a quarter for a helping at the monster buffet. You must be 21 or older to register for the party, and to enjoy it. Go for it at Cancun Cantina!
