Weight of pet may not exceed 45 lbs. on our 2nd and 3rd floor units, with the max being 65 lbs. on the ground floors. Current vaccination records must be provided from a veterinarian. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information. One pet $300 Additional Pet $200. Pet rent is $20 per month for each.
