poor management
December 22, 2023I’ve lived her for 3 years. Used to love them! Then we got bought out. Ever since it’s been a nightmare. I send message after message and rarely hear back, I’m charged a bunch of fees and asked to provide proof of insurance over and over again. They constantly change systems and I’ve had to fill all sorts of stuff out. You call and they get an attitude. Ever since I’ve renewed my lease with this new company I’ve had a horrible experience. The only good thing about this apartment complex is that ...parking is pretty good and the maintenance guy is amazing. But you have to watch your statement like a hawk and be prepared to have to stay on top of them because they’ll promise to get back to you but they never do.Property Manager Responded

Quiet community, lovely staff
August 7, 2018I've been a resident at Fairway Meadows since August 2015. The office staff is very helpful and cares about the community. Any issue is dealt with immediately and professionally. Maintenance is quick with work orders. The guys are too funny and relatable! The floor plan for the 3 bedroom my family lives in is perfect for us. It's spacious with so much closet/storage space. The community has a beautiful pool, it is cleaned weekly thoroughly, and a playground my daughter loves!
