Whether you're coming for Lunch, Dinner, or even Brunch, Briarwood Inn is prepared to fulfill all your culinary desire. For those wanting to enjoy a good brunch, they have a great menu of delicious meals, including Eggs Briarwood, poached eggs, California avocados and tomatoes served atop English muffins, glazed in Hollandaise and then finished off with a large shrimp, or Eggs Columbia, with salmon, poached in white wine, served in a pastry with an asparagus cream sauce, topped with a poached egg, with a touch of dill butter. They also have delicious omelettes, with your choice of ham, Swiss, bacon, onions, mushrooms, cheddar avocado or tomato, prime rib, or prime benedict, eggs benedict and prime rib together for one tasty dish. Their dinner options include plenty of beef options, including filet mignon, tournedos "excelsior," pepper steak and filet wellington, as well as medallions of elk, veal chops, duck a l'amaretto, Australian lobster tail, or shopino, all served with items from the briarwood appetizer tray, which includes shrimp fresh from the Gulf, duck and chicken liver pate, smoked salmon butter, fresh vegetable marinade, dipping cheeses, or spinach and watercress mousseline and your choice from one of their delicious salad options. They also have a fantastic afternoon tea, with your choice of hot tea, as well as fresh baked scones, soup, cakes, and fresh sorbet.
