For those wanting to enjoy a good brunch, they have a great menu of delicious meals, including Eggs Briarwood, poached eggs, California avocados and tomatoes served atop English muffins, glazed in Hollandaise and then finished off with a large shrimp, or Eggs Columbia, with salmon, poached in white wine, served in a pastry with an asparagus cream sauce, topped with a poached egg, with a touch of dill butter.
