A second thermostat controls the bedroom and family room floors, providing forced hot air heat and central a/c from a second compressor/blower system. The home has a two car heated attached garage and driveway parking for tenant's additional 3-4 cars. (Owner may in addition park 1-2 cars in far end of driveway adjacent to shed.) A lease will be provided to all rentals regardless of term length. For leases of one year or longer tenants will pay a monthly rent of $9200 plus all utilities (electricity, gas, water, garbage, TV, phone, internet, lawn maintenance and snow removal). At lease signing tenants will pay first month's rent, last month's rent, and refundable damage security deposit of $9200. Shorter term rentals less than a year but more than 31 days will be considered at a higher monthly rent to be negotiated (including damage security deposit and inclusion of utilities). No pets strongly preferred, but subject to negotiation of higher rent and/or damage deposit.
