Besides its excellent location with grass areas and next to the swimming pool, the townhome has ONE 1 large bedroom downstairs and a full-sized bathroom downstairs, along with a large patio outside for your pet. All bedrooms are big. It is perfect for either a family or 5 people (Max 6) sharing the rooms, as it can easily accommodate 2 people in the HUGE master bedroom and L-Shaped large bedroom. The Bathroom upstairs has double 2 sinks and a separate toilet and bathroom that makes the large bathroom very functional, as it can be used by 3 people at the same time. Also, the bathroom downstairs has a bathtub and a shower and bathtub. There are ceiling fans in every room along with recessed ceiling lights. Granite counter tops, white cabinets and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, as well as storage unit under the stairs. The house is all hardwood floor, with no carpet at all for easy cleaning and no worry about allergy. Two 2 designated parking spaces for the house with PLENTY of guest parking spaces on site. A large patio at the bottom floor with a Laundry Room that has full sized washer and dryer and a new water heater in the patio. Two swimming pools and spas and tennis courts available within the complex with 24-hour fitness center right outside the complex. The small pool is heated all year around and it is just outside of this home. Tenant Background and credit report checking is required. No smoking at the house.
