You have a short walk from the house to use the nearby Raleigh/Wake County Greenway walking/biking trails. * Some storage is available on site. The home and property is 100% non-smoking; and no pets are permitted. * Off-street two-vehicle driveway parking, and inside garage parking for two vehicles is available. * Rent: $2,400 per month ($800 per person); utilities are separate from the rent, and paid for in advance by the property owner -- then conveniently invoiced via email to the renter as one monthly amount. A deposit of $2,000 and background check via TransUnion “SmartMove” is required. Flexible move-in date starting on-or-after April 15, 2026.
