House is 4BR/4.5BA 2-story raised beach House (Duplex) with private pool in fenced backyard, sleeps 14 max. (weekly vacation rentals ). 8 people max. for monthly renters (1 single family - monthly). House near ocean (2-min walk to beach)! House is 2nd block from ocean or about 1000 feet away. 10-15 min. Drive to South Myrtle Beach, SC. You can see ocean from front yard! House sleeps 8-14 max. Occupancy for our "Ocean10" rental beach house. Also, Sat to Sat weekly rentals only from April-Sept. Monthly rentals require owner approval, completed application, valid drivers license and separate quote. Most Everything is near new, house built in 1/09! Newly Upgraded, new water heater, free WiFi, 43” smart HDTV in den and 2 32” smart HDTVs in 2 bedrooms, new stereo, new appliances, some new furniture, new beachy decor, new beds, new washer / dryer, new decor, full large kitchen. Newly painted Fenced in back yard with private pool & New outdoor grill! Near everything! 2-min. Walk to Ocean. Nice upscale neighborhood! 5-10 min.
