A one of a kind home located in Genesee. It is at the top of the mountain and originally built in 1904 by the Lininger family (of whom the road is named after). The weather is another plus. In the summer, the home sits so high, it is usually 10-15 degrees cooler than lower elevations. Additionally, the home is built into the mountain, which also provides additional cooling and heating protection as the seasons turn. The PRIVATE open living room area has newer flooring and 2 HUGE windows showing the spectacular views looking to the east. The bedroom has newer flooring as well, with the original stone chiseled out of the mountain on multiple walls. The PRIVATE bathroom area does have a clothes washer and dryer. You have your own fridge, dishwasher and microwave as well as plenty of cabinet space. There are also brand new countertops and a large storage area with lots of shelving. The exterior of the unit has plenty of parking space as well as space to set up an outdoor living area. If you have been looking for a cozy, rustic mountain home to call your own, you have found it! Pets are allowed, at a maximum of 2. All pets must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated and are subject to in person meeting approval. Extra rent and deposits apply. No smoking of ANY kind is allowed inside the unit. You are required to smoke outside. No fires are allowed on property, ever.
