Maintaining Cleanliness and Preventing Damage Tenants are expected to maintain a clean and orderly household environment at all times. This includes actively supervising children to prevent damage to the property, such as writing, drawing, or marking on walls, doors, woodwork, or other surfaces. Parents and guardians must ensure that children do not engage in activities that could break, damage, or deface fixtures, appliances, flooring, windows, or any other components of the home.
