Place in corner of family room for workstation with multiple plugs and Cat5 connection. The design is for easy maintenance, easy access, and security. Cabinets made by owner, actually the whole place is made by the owner. Garbage disposal switch under sink. Dedicated tankless water heater. You will need to pay for the City garbage collection ($50/mo) as this is a separate address, as well as gas line service for the water heater and furnace fuel. The electrical has an electronic meter to record usage, and there is a separate water meter also to record usage. Billed monthly by owner with tabulated measurements and fees.
