Rent due upon signing, no smoking, no crypto mining or running multiple servers, Trash cans due to the curb, but owner pays. Pet Policy: $40 per pet per month (maximum of 2 pets allowed). Unauthorized pets on the premises will result in a $100 penalty fee. $75 non refundable deposit. Pets are welcome but please keep them off the beds and comforters. Thanks for understanding! If You're Bringing a Dog: - Please dispose of pet waste in the outdoor trash bin. - Carpet cleaner is under the kitchen sink for any accidents. - Please keep barking to a minimum if your dog is outside. Trash, water, snow removal and lawn service included. Trash Day: Friday morning. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide MANY supplies that include: toilet paper hand soap trash bags (13-gallon size) paper towels dishwasher soap (pods or liquid) laundry soap dryer sheets kitchen towels toiletries TOWELS & LINENS Each guest receives a set of bath and hand towels (based on the home's capacity). All beds come with fresh linens. Washer and dryer are located in the apartment with complementary supplies. Please note: Damaged or permanently stained towels and bed linens may be charged for replacement.
