Owned and Managed by Harlyn Properties the Happy Hollow Apartments are located on a dead end quiet road very close to the intersection of State Route 50 and Rt. 131 in Milford OH just minutes away from Interstate 275. Happy Hollow has one and two bedroom apartments with with balconies that have great views of the surrounding woods and creek. The Happy Hollow Apartments are privately owned by owners with more than 35 years of leasing and property management experience. There are no resident managers there are no maintenance teams. All of your need will be taken care of by the owners. For leasing information please contact us. Thank you for your consideration. We are currently offering a lower level one bedroom apartment. The rent is $800 for single occupancy and will increase $25 with each additional resident with the limit of two occupants. Hot and cold water is included in the rent as well as sewage and trash fees. We do require one months rent as Security deposit. The apartment itself has wall to wall carpet in the bedroom and living room. There is coin operated laundry in the basement as well as extra storage for each apartment. We do not allow any dogs, birds, or reptiles. Cats are allowed with extra $200 pet deposit and a monthly fee of $25. Limit of 2 cats per apartment. If you would like more information or would like to set up a viewing please give us a call.

Equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Through the wall air conditioning units. Coin operated laundry and extra resident storage in the basement. Harlyn Properties is not a huge management company. We do all of our own maintenance!! We do not have resident managers nor do we have some flunky maintenance team.
