Both bedrooms are a nice size and the kitchen has lots of storage and room for a table and chairs and has a flat-top self-cleaning stove. Small pets are allowed (dogs and indoor cats only) up to 25 pounds. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THIS HOME. There is a one year lease, however if you would like a longer one, that is fine.
