Keep noise to a minimum to maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest. To ensure a smooth check-in, inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest. All guests must be registered by providing a valid photo ID on the day of check-in. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional cost. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a $300 fine for any evidence of smoking. Respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 8:00. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit to maintain an energy-efficient environment.
