If undeclared pets are discovered, fees will double. Guests must sign a rental usage agreement, agreeing to the rental terms, providing a valid ID before check-in, and possibly undergoing a background check if required. Guests must complete verification within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day bookings. Failure to meet verification criteria may result in cancellation.
