This family home is in the heart of NW Calgary, and is a 30-minute drive to downtown Calgary (Stampede), a 3-minute drive (20-minute walk) to restaurants and shops, a 30-minute drive to Foothills Hospital, and a 1.5-hour drive to Banff. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed to stay past 10pm. Visitors are allowed only if accompanied by the booking guest, no overnight visitors, and no daytime guests beyond the home’s advertised occupancy. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee of $75 per person, per night. This is a residential home and not a party venue. Unauthorized parties or events may result in a $400 to $1,000 admin fee if security or eviction is required. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home, including near open doors or windows, and will incur a breach fee of $1,000 plus odor removal and remediation costs. Illegal drugs or illegal drug activity are not permitted anywhere on the property, inside or outside, including possession, use, sale, or distribution, and evidence or violation will incur a fee of $1,000, plus remediation, testing, extra cleaning, damages, and any costs incurred. Pets require pre-approval in writing before booking and are subject to a pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in a $400 admin fee, plus any additional cleaning, damages, allergen or odor remediation, and any costs incurred. Leaving pet waste in the yard is subject to a fee. If keys, remotes, or fobs are lost or not returned, a $250 replacement fee per unreturned item applies, plus locksmith or rekey if required. If damages are not disclosed, an admin or inspection fee of $400 will be charged. Extra cleaning, repairs, lost revenue, and service call costs may be charged if needed to restore the home.
