Bikes and beach supplies are shared amenities with the upstairs unit and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The laundry room is shared with separate access next to the unit and is only available during daytime hours. The parking area is also shared, with one space reserved for the Sandpiper Cottage. Vilano Beach is a quiet coastal community known for its sandy Atlantic shoreline and a fishing pier stretching into the Tolomato River. The area is surrounded by casual beach grills, pizza places, and a marina. The Vilano Beach Nature Boardwalk, near the Francis and Mary Usina Bridge, features mosaic art of local wildlife. The apartment is only a 5-8 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay.
