Please note that there may be another guest staying in a separate, fully fenced area of the property, ensuring privacy while sharing the space. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. There are security cameras located on the back patio, driveway and RV deck that monitors the exterior only and does not capture any areas inside the rental. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation will be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged.
