Located directly on Scenic 98, the "beach road", this home is steps away from white sandy beaches and across from the Destin Commons with shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are a few minutes' drive East. Popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets are just 15 minutes away. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in, with a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs permitted. Emotional support animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart and are not permitted for student groups or anyone under age 25.
