This condo offers a comfortable stay with a cozy bedroom and a bonus bunk room, perfect for accommodating extra guests or children. This condo features a unique 1.5-bedroom set-up. The full bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed and smart TV, while the half bedroom is perfect for kids with bunks. Unwind in the living room, complete with a 55" smart TV, recliner, and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware, a stove, microwave, and a full fridge with an ice maker. Make use of the convenient stacked washer and dryer in the bathroom, and enjoy plenty of storage in the extra closet. Bike rental options are available for guests who prefer to explore the island on two wheels. This quiet neighborhood is tucked in between the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a 2-minute walk following the boardwalk across the street, which also connects to the Santa Rosa Sound. This property is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk that goes directly to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sugar-white warm sandy beach. Okaloosa Island is known for its less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 minutes from Destin depending on traffic. The neighborhood is located near restaurants and bars. The pool is temporarily closed for maintenance. Florida is known for its tropical insects; as this is a ground-floor unit, you may see pests from time to time. Please keep the door closed to prevent pests from entering the unit. The space is not child-proofed for hazards like outlet covers or chemicals under the sink; parents are responsible for child-proofing. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Shoes should be removed when inside the home. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed on the property except with prior written authorization from the host, and a $100 pet fee will be applied once approved. Guests who bring a pet without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests must report any damage or hazardous items within one hour of occupancy. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
