All guests must complete our identity verification process prior to check-in. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old; guests aged 18–20 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee. Verification includes uploading a valid photo ID and a matching selfie. Failure to complete this process will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
