The open-layout living area offers a cozy couch that converts to a queen-size bed, and a TV with standard cable. The fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, a crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. A washer and dryer are available in the hallway, along with an iron and ironing board. Enjoy a private, gated wraparound balcony for watching sunrises and sunsets. The community offers a seasonally heated pool and hot tub, available year-round, with gated access for guests of the complex only. Community charcoal grills and a picnic area are also available. For families, a pack and play, high chair, and plastic cups, plates, bowls, and silverware are provided free of charge. Situated in the heart of Crystal Beach, this condo is just a 3-minute walk to gorgeous public beach access. The neighborhood offers wonderful shopping, amazing restaurants, and plenty of public beach access points. Nearby attractions include AJ's Seafood & Oyster Bar, Camille's, Crab Island Cruise/Tours, Deep Sea Fishing Cruises, Emerald Island Kayaks, The Donut Hole, Harbor Walk Village, Harbor Evening Cruise, and Hydro Jet Dolphin Cruises.
