During torrential rainstorms, water may sometimes enter the basement. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited in and around the home, with a $500 charge for any signs of smoking or cigarette butts found outside. Parties and events are prohibited unless pre-approved. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. An excessive amount of trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party trash removal.
