The villa features a large, fully stocked kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a spacious family room with a flat-screen TV. A free washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Enjoy the outdoor patio with a grill and cushioned loungers, and a balcony with community views. Access to the outdoor pool and fitness center requires a $100 + tax fee per group per day, charged only if you use the clubhouse. There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Just 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from SeaWorld, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios, the villa is located in the Magic Village Views gated community, putting dining, shopping, and entertainment within easy reach. In the heart of Orlando, where theme park enchantment, upscale shopping, and vibrant dining intersect, a tranquil oasis redefines the hospitality landscape. It's just 2 minutes away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. The grill cleaning fee is $30. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. There is one parking space designated in front of the home with the unit number painted on the ground. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs.
