A free washer and dryer are included for your convenience. There is a $30 cleaning fee to keep the grill in top shape. There is a $100+tax extra fee per group per day to use the pool and gym at the clubhouse. To book your pass go directly to the concierge. A shuttle is available upon request at concierge with a fee. Located in the heart of Orlando, this villa is just 2 minutes away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Everything you need is at your fingertips, with world-class meals available at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Check-out time is 10 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Propane is provided by the guests for the propane grills. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
