Well-behaved pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. A cleaning fee of $40 will be charged if the kid and baby amenities are left extremely dirty. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages. Buses, Ubers, and Lyfts abound nearby. Shoes must be removed upon entry. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair so it doesn’t clog the drain. The house is over 100 years old, and there may be some natural floor creaking. Blazing-fast Wi-Fi is available for remote workers and digital nomads. A Smart TV is available for entertainment. Guests have access to the entire home except for the garage, which is off-limits.
